Theologian Trivia

Early on a foggy September morning in 1993, the Amtrak "Sunset Limited" crashed into an Alabama Bayou killing 47 people.

That derailment has been called the worst disaster in Amtrak history.

Which world renowned theologian (and his wife) was on board the Sunset Limited that night --and survived the crash?

Those with the correct answer will qualify to receive a free email subscription to Rhett's Rants! ;-)

I would answer, but you told me the answer, and I look at your site every day anyway, so I don't need the free subscription....but anway....I doubt anyone can guess who it is.

It was me.

However, Rhett, I must lovingly rebuke you for trying to butter me up by calling me world famous.

As it happens, I was seated right behind RC Sproul.
